Work Summary | -Participants worked individually and in pairs to complete the Passion Profiles activity.
-Participants learned about the quality of scaffolding and learning progressions, we discussed effective questioning techniques and wait time. We discussed the difference between "I've done it pupil". We also discussed options for facilitating independence during work time. Ways the Teacher Assistant can support student growth academically. -Participants participated in self-reflection activities as it relates to the Social Discipline window. Participants were given several scenarios to reflect on where they fall in the Social Discipline window. |
