Seminar Full DescThis training provides information on a growth mindset vs fixed mindset and how one's mindset can have an impact on the classroom. The training has the participants identify their mindset type through a survey. The characteristics of the two types of mindsets are described, in addition to the keys of growth. Scientific information on the brain is shared to support the growth mindset theory. Participants build a model of the brain, so they understand the parts of the brain and its function. The training provides information on the power of growth mindset language, praise, and feedback. Participants learn that mistakes are an opportunity for growth and the importance of creating a classroom environment that supports innovation and risk.
