Seminar ObjectivesTo observe Rachel teaching and managing student behavior and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Work Summary-Observed Rachel teach 5 classes and manage 1 enrichment group.
Assessment of Learning-Rachel shared some concerns with me and asked me to observe her for the day. When I provided feedback, Rachel was very attentive. I'm providing a summary of my observations and a list of suggestions to Rachel for her to consider.
Evaluation Summary Notes-Rachel wanted me to observe her. She wants to improve.
Needed ChangesSome adjustments in her instruction and managing students.
Next StepsI will be revisiting Rachel in April to observe and provide feedback.
