| Work Summary | -Pulled elementary non-fiction based on the following categories: content should be in middle school library since it compliments MS curriculum: outdated information: poor condition: poor condition and recommend replacing.
-Met with elementary library aide to show her my rationale for books that were pulled -Discussed the biography section with participant and recommended most of the copies be pulled because they were outdated (living singers, actors/actresses and athletes from 20 years ago |
| Assessment of Learning | -The library aide agreed with facilitators criteria for pulling books and mentioned that with participant 's oversight, she would like to weed the biography section of the elementary library. From 2:00-3:00 facilitator met with participant and explained what elementary books were pulled and why. Participants also showed me the ms/hs library's space which is being prepped for new seating and student space |
