Work Summary-Participants worked in pairs to reflect on the research that supports RP, utilized experiential activities to practices using affective statements and questions, and learned about the Social Discipline Window and the Explicit Framework
-Practice using the Social Discipline window
-Practice using a circle template to write scripts
-Participate in self-reflection activities
Assessment of Learning-Participants actively engaged by participating in circle rounds, asking questions, and completing a reflection activity at the end of the workshop
-Participants worked in small groups to identify potential circles that could be used for staff, students, and community members.
-Participants then spent time using a circle template to develop low risk circle scripts that could be used at the beginning of the school year
Evaluation Summary Notes-Participants liked the experiential activities and developing the norms/agreements at the beginning of the circle
