Work Summary | We did a whole group session in the Aud going over some of the fundamentals of RP and then explore the particular RP statements and questions. They had time to practice these statements and questions and time to talk about moving forward with RP in district. |
Assessment of Learning | We took two breaks where I debriefed with a few people, asked the principal for what to cover and asked groups to share out what worked well. |
Evaluation Summary Notes | Some liked going over the basics of RP again and having time to hear what their colleagues have been doing with RP. |
Needed Changes | They want to know the next steps and how they find time in their schedule for Restorative Practices as well as what are the districts plans. |
Next Steps | The next steps are for teachers to meet with the principal and figure out what 'baby steps' they can take next with Restorative Practices. |
