-Share library goals for this fall/winter -Encouraged to reach out for training, assistance, etc. |
| Work Summary | -Amy showed me where STEM kits are housed. Teachers borrow kits by checking out through the library system. Amy also houses kits with students in the library.
-Amy has done some weeding and reorganized the flow of the collection. She has also started marketing books by facing them outward on shelves and on top of book cases. She is hoping that with this change, students will be enticed to choose books to read. -The library is attractive, organized, and clean. -An author will be visiting in November and Amy is working on creating some activities (ice cream social, contests, etc.) in preparation for his visit. |
