| Work Summary | -Conversations regarding programming, collaborative ideas with teachers and changes to the physical environment
-Made a plan to re-shelve the entire non-fiction collection and partial juvenile fiction collection to improve organization of resources -Discarded 50% of biography collection. Most discards were of sports teams, athletes, rock bands and celebrities who were popular in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's |

-Participant met with principal and took facilitator's advice on some key talking point regarding the library program -Participants started to relocate the non-fiction section based on our conversation about organizing resources |
