-Explore how poverty affects classroom engagement through Eric Jensen's 7 differences
-Focus on student, professional and system level learning as it relates to the culturally responsive sustaining education framework
Work Summary-Participants had an opportunity to self-reflect on their experience as a student using the SRI-Student Profile Protocol.
-Participants then explored the 7 difference between students of low socioeconomic status and middle/high
-Lastly participants explored the School Leaders/District Leaders portion of the CRSF and matched the suggestions to the district's progress utilizing a chart that included the following topics (No action yet, Getting Started, Gaining Momentum, and Sustaining Gaines/Refining).
