The afternoon session will prepare participants to better understand their own as well as their school s obligations under the 2020 Title IX Regulations; the significance of the Regulations; and how a complaint is appropriately handled. By improving your understanding, you will be better positioned to prevent violations, and intervene early before conduct rises to unnecessary disruption and a potential violation. Additionally, this session will provide the training required for Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Decision Makers, Decision Makers for Appeals and Facilitators of Informal Resolutions. We will also review the anticipated changes to the Regulations that are currently under consideration. |
