Seminar Full DescAuthentic Performance Tasks require students to combine the skill(s), knowledge, and strategies they have been taught while completing a real world task that relates to everyday life. In this workshop we explore aspects of creating tasks that ask students to explain, apply, or synthesize what they have learned and demonstrate understanding through completion of a task or assessment. Participants will explore a model that assist them in developing tasks that are aligned to standards, demonstrate evidence of learning, and can be differentiated to the varying needs of their students
