| Seminar Topics, Concepts & Resources | -A high school English teacher brought eighty-three books to the library for repair. The last stage was recovering using the CoLibri. Librarian. knows how to use the CoLibri and did not need a review. Non-fiction books from the 900 section were reviewed and those deemed out of date date/irrelevant were weeded from the collection. Librarian will review the books at a late date to confirm they have not circulated withing the past five years |

| Assessment of Learning | -The teacher was thrilled with her books. The Superintendent asked Librarian to share at the next Board meeting how book repairs are saving the district money. The 900 section of the library has not been weeded for over 30 years. There are many outdated books, including biographies on popular stars and athletes that are no longer considered popular or modern. Political leaders and countries were checked for relevancy as well (Soviet Union/U.S.S.R./Russia - Serbia/Hungary/Turkey...Borders have changed). |
