| Seminar Topics, Concepts & Resources | -The school librarian's elementary principal requested teachers send all curricular and PD material to the library so resources could be added to the library. Participants had accumulated a massive amount of resources and requested help from facilitator. Facilitator worked for 6 hours entering materials into the system, including spine labels which were then printed for affixing to resources. Participant taught library classes and had to report to the high school library during facilitator's time in the district. Therefore, no individual learning took place |

| Assessment of Learning | -A large majority of resources are outdated (VHS tapes, Common Core curriculum) and facilitator told participants these items should truly not be added to the library collection. However, the principal made this decision ad participant wants to support the new principal in this decision. One positive aspect from this is that the participant can assess the use of resources over the next several years and justify removing them from the collection depending on use. Additionally, teachers may see the value of having PD and curriculum related material housed in one location versus individual rooms. |
