From district to district, the roles and responsibilities vary and there is not always training and support around how to provide high-quality coaching or professional learning. This CLC's aim is to build a network of instructional coaches throughout our region in order to support coaches who support teachers.
Specific topics throughout this CLC will be dependent on the needs of the group, but possible topics could include: Coaching Models, Adult Learning, Designing Professional Learning for Adult Professionals, and Best Practices in Facilitation. |
