Seminar Full DescBlended and Personalized instruction explores models (Station Rotation, Individual Rotation, Flipped Classroom, and Flex options) of blended learning and the strategies resources, and tools that support each model. Participants will build off their personal experience and current classroom context to determine which models and strategies best fit their instructional needs, and are the most effective in meeting the personalized needs of their students.

-Participants took on the role of student as a practice was being modeled then we stepped out of the teacher/student role and debriefed the activity
-Participant/s district uses Apex and participant is now the site coordinator
-We were able to discuss the program and I showed him some of the features in Apex that will help his students be more successful

-Unfortunately there was not time for them to practice being the teacher and having the rest of us be the student
-Hopefully they will try these strategies in their own classroom
-Received a follow up email in September stating participant is using some of the tools and tricks discussed in August
