Discussions around situations with students helped set the stage for alternative solutions using the strategies mentioned above. |

Action plan: -Taking action to make changes, like posting cafeteria rules in the elementary school and having the MS/HS aides meet as often as possible on their own time are two examples of future plans/work to be done. |
