Evaluation Summary Notes | Comments:
-Teacher aides were appreciative of the opportunity to meet together to address some concerns in the cafeteria and hallways in both buildings -Having strategies and suggestions for how to address conflict or concerns was important to them as well Need still: -Some participants wanted more training -Both the Elementary and MS/HS Aides have some action items to address in their buildings or settings. Action plan: -Taking action to make changes, like posting cafeteria rules in the elementary school and having the MS/HS aides meet as often as possible on their own time are two examples of future plans/work to be done. |
