| Seminar Objectives | Participants will develop an understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used as an instructional support to increase access, engagement, and participation for diverse learners. Participants will identify ways AI tools can support differentiation, scaffolding, accommodations, and the development of accessible instructional materials. Participants will explore practical strategies for using AI to adapt instructional content, directions, tasks, and learning experiences to better meet individual student needs. Participants will apply AI tools and prompting strategies to create or modify instructional resources that support accessibility and learner variability. Participants will consider appropriate, ethical, and responsible use of AI in educational settings, including the importance of educator judgment, student privacy, and reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness. |
