Seminar Full DescThe role of an instructional coach is becoming a more involved one in school districts. From district to district, the roles and responsibilities vary and there is not always training and support around how to provide high-quality coaching or professional learning. This retreat fosters meaningful connections at every level starting with self-reflection to deepen personal growth, extending to collaborative engagement with teachers to share best practices, and building strong partnerships with administrators to align vision and support systemic success.

Specific topics throughout this retreat will be dependent on the needs of the group, but possible topics could include: Coaching Models, Social-Emotional Well-Being for Adults and Students, Designing Professional Learning for Adult Professionals, Priority Management, and Best Practices in Facilitation.
