| Seminar Objectives | -Share with the group two writing assignments that youdo that are geared towards the essays on the 11th grade English regents. Please submit those in an email to the principals and when you teach them. Anne can review the regents' expectations
-We want to discuss as a department and create a shared PowerPoint for how to teach thesis, correct citing, and counter claims to be used in history as well, I want to have a shared vocabulary for history and English, so we are teaching writing structure and set up consistently -High school will be looking into the functions of Grammarly and a tutorial as all kids will have it next year. |
