| Seminar Objectives | -Carli Wright recently organized a section of her library by genre. She wanted to show me the work that went into this which included re-labeling, color coding and shelving by genre, recovering, and labeling inside book cover. |

| Work Summary | -Todd Catalano had visited to help Carli with creating sub-categories for genres. Genrefying a portion of the library collection is an intense project that has taken several months. Carli had a student teacher from U of B's library program help her. The project is not yet complete but should be by the start of the new school year. |

| Assessment of Learning | Carli is finishing her second year as the elem. librarian and has weeded the entire collection, purchased new books to update and strengthen sections, re-organized the space, created a maker space, cleaned out the storage coset and office. With 20 years of experience in MS/HS, she has gained much confidence in working with elem. students and creating a library space that is engaging, well organized, and welcoming. |
