Seminar Full DescThe goal of this two day workshop is to increase your intercultural competence and overall sense of belonging. We have been incorporating some intercultural competence activities and training into our regional meetings, but we wanted to give the opportunity to explore deeper as we believe it will help sustain growth in this area.

We also have a goal to continue to support implementation of the CRSE Framework across our component school districts. We believe a key to this is intercultural development. Some districts and individuals have had some success with taking the IDI, but we have done very little to work with districts/individuals to coach them through intercultural development activities that might promote growth for them and help them with their staff.
