Work Summary | -Kim shared collaborative opportunities, library instruction, students' increased interest in coming to the library and how she is getting to know teachers and the library collection
-Kim is increasing her knowledge in library automation software and the Union Catalog -Eleigh is new to her role and has been using pre-pared lessons left by Mrs. LaQuay. She seems overwhelmed with having 7 classes per day. I explained to Eleigh my role as system director and the structure of CASLS, Council and CA BOCES. She did not yet have an Insignia account so I logged into show her some resources and how to book an item. We also discussed Novel Effect the IFC (benchmarking skills), and lessons in Project Look Sharp. The library collection should have outdated content, or have never been checked out in the past 10 years. I cautioned Eleigh that with LIsa's passing a large weed should not happen this year or next, but at some point she will to address this with school leadership |
