Seminar Full DescThis workshop will offer a ton of information about the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse that will pass over western NY on April 8, 2024. In addition to lesson plans and ideas for building awareness, there will be discussion and collaboration about activities for the day of the eclipse. What are districts doing for that day to ensure the best learning experience for this once-in-a-lifetime natural event? Come discuss what your district has planned and hear from others. Is there anything we can do collectively as a region to celebrate this historic moment? The participants of this workshop will be able to continue the conversation through future Zoom meetings and another workshop in January as we prepare for April 8.
