Seminar Full DescThe Wellspring Resilience Technique (WRT) is an innovative method for increasing long-term resilience, defined as the ability to bounce back from setbacks, for educators working in high-stress environments. This session will be held over the course of 2 days and offer time in between sessions to explicitly practice the WRT. The WRT will focus on helping participants to develop an appetite for resilience in their own lives and to identify the specific habits that they are prepared to commit to and incorporate into their day to day lives.
