Seminar Full Desc | Restorative Practices is used to help districts develop community to manage conflict and tensions by repairing harm and restoring relationships. This one-day workshop is based off of the IIRP work done in our area and around the state. |

Assessment of Learning | -Participants actively engaged by participating in circle rounds, asking questions and completing a reflection activity at the end of the workshop
-Participants worked in small groups to identify potential circle that could be used for staff, students, and community members. Participants then spent time using a circle template to develop low risk circle scripts that could be used at the beginning of the school year. |
