| Work Summary | -Katies has created a welcoming library at CLV. She received permissions form admin to have old wooden chairs painted with student contribution. Collaborations are going well and teachers are seeking her out. I showed Katie and her library aides, Tori, how to access the Union Catalog, retrieve and fill ILL requests to borrow and how to request a book from other libraries. A review will be necessary. Grad school is demanding this semester and Katie is looking forward to Dec 3 when the bulk of course requirements will be completed. We discussed her first year expectations, what's going well and areas of frustration. I was able to add suggestions and provide direction for managing her workload |
