Workshop Full DescIn this two-day Classroom Management workshop, participants will learn about the ever-evolving world of classroom and behavioral management.

Day 1: Classroom Management 101 - Participants will learn how to proactively employ effective classroom management practices in their classroom to mitigate most student "behavioral" issues as well as increase student engagement and participation. The overall focus of this day will be on the power of relationships and setting appropriate student expectations.

Day 2: Classroom Management 102 - When proactive measures don't succeed, participants will learn how to manage particularly challenging student behaviors effectively. Participants will examine research available, be exposed to specific student examples of challenging behaviors, and learn how to best mitigate these situations when they arise.
