| Workshop Full Desc | Any teacher, coordinator, or administrator that would like information about the NYS Science Required Investigations is encouraged to attend. The most up-to-date information will be shared as well as recommendations for implementation. The morning will be dedicated to diving into the 3-5 Investigations and the afternoon will be dedicated to diving into the 6-8 Investigations. |

| Workshop Objectives | Participants will:
- review communicated information from the NYSED - discuss recommendations for implementation of the Required Investigations in Grades 3-5 - look through the investigations and materials provided by NYSED - analyze the scoring rubrics to be prepared for assessing students |
| Assessment of Learning | Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session but will also be provided a method to ask questions ahead of time and after, in order to conserve time during the online session. |
