Needed Changes-Now forums now that Covid is lessening, more everything
-Collaborate with peers on using outdoor and community usage of facilities
-New standards (NYS-PE), technology in P. E. need more experience (new teacher)
-Time to plan and implement new ideas
Next Steps-Work on grants for outdoor education, use warm-ups, new games and injury prevention ideas, take advantage of more outdoor opportunities at my school
-Implement more dynamic movement ideas with team and class building, use pool ideas to add to swim curriculum, implement new ideas, use badminton tournament for whole school, see what indoor elements we could add to our school
