| Seminar Short Desc | School district leaders are invited to a book-study centered on Cultural Competency Now by Vernita Mayfield. Four sessions will build on each other provide fun activities and rich discussions as a catalyst for what leaders can do in their district. |
| Seminar Full Desc | School leaders will learn how to be the catalyst for facilitating discussions around bias, racism, and privilege in their schools. Sessions will include discussions on establishing a safe environment for professional conversations, setting goals for cultural competency, reviewing school data, and creating a plan for cultural competency within one's school district. |
