Presenters: Beth Colligan, Chrissy Matz and Kristin Yehl -Challenge yourself to take some risks, as you ask your students to do and learn about the possibilities of visiting the course with your students High Ropes Course Presenters: Charlie Backus, Josh Brooks and Julie Doty -Challenge yourself to take some risks, as you ask your students to do and learn about the possibilities of visiting the course with your students Fitness Focus Presenters: Wendy VanCuren, Michelle Nolder and Kelly Unverdorben -As a personal trainer, Michelle's focus during this session will be on your own fitness as you "walk the talk" for your students! In addition to showing proper technique and workout possibilities, she will also be available to answer your specific questions regarding your own personal training Non-Traditional Aquatics Activities Presenters: Christina Schutrum, East Aurora Central School -Learn some non-traditional activities that you can use during your aquatics lessons to increase interest and motivation! Chris will need some "students" who aren't afraid to try your hand at some of her activities, including log-rolling, paddle boarding and kayaks. Please bring your suit if you plan to be a student during this session! (Of course, you can just observe too) |
